Sandra, a 20 year old photography student from Burma, enjoys shooting the busy streets and people. As she travels back home often, she mainly captures the contrast of the two countries. ‘’It’s the feeling of wanting to know what your photos will turn out and how they will look that makes me excited about shooting on film. I also love see the image appear as you develop it in the darkroom.’’ Sandra shoots on film because she loves the surprise colours of film and the limitation of only 36 exposures on a roll, she feels that she thinks about the image a lot more before taking it. She is passionate about what she does and her love for life helps keep her motivated.
